Welcome to TF Web, you are the first people within BCC to be given access to this version of TF CAFM, we hope that you find it easy to use.
You should have received an email from Safety Services advising you of the project underway between the TF CAFM Team and Safety Services and the requirement for you to complete annual returns to confirm the status of compliance for the site/s you are responsible for. If you are a new user within this email you will have been given your password for TF CAFM Web. If you are an existing TF User then your password will be the same as your existing log in.
Please ensure that you have carried out all training relevant to you including the additional TF CAFM training for Repairs and Maintenance and Pre Planned Maintenance, should you wish to view or approve jobs where works are progressed via Acivico.
Please look out for emails or newsletters from us as we will be hosting some drop in sessions with Safety Services that you can attend to ask any questions you may have.
